We agree a detailed specification for the appearance of your grounds e.g grass length and appearance, leaf and litter clearance, border planting/pruning, hedging etc. Coupled with this is an agreed 1-3 year implementation work programme that will specify activity cycles,improvement/quality goals and any specific requirements.
